Ditching the Positive Attitude

Gosh would it be boring to read another "Attitude is Everything" story. Even worse would be trying to write one that would get someone to read it. The fact is, the last thing that I would want to spend my time doing along this line is convincing anyone to cop a positive attitude. I might however, attempt to convince you to ditch it if you happen to have one.

Now it's not that I dislike the positive attitudes I see around me. They're very amusing and can create a moment or two of entertainment for those being assaulted by them. Anyone who experiences them more than a moment can tell that, for a vast majority of the people offering them, they're very shallow and contribute less than the effort to put them on.

Strong words you might say from a business coach and personal developer? Let me share with you a little background on my attitude...

If you breakdown an attitude into its basic components, you soon realize that "positive" is not what most people have made of it. Many people have a false impression of which kind of attitude is most appreciated. They think that emphasizing the positive or focusing on the positive aspect is most important. Their attempts often meet with a continuous barrage of disappointment when they realize their mind set and actions are not making their lives and the lives of others better. So, what makes up an attitude -- one that will make a valuable difference for you and those you care for most? Good question. If you're ready for the truth, this information is life changing!

Do you find this concept "provoking?" Care to read more? Want to take action that will "provoke your success?" This and fifty-seven more chapters designed to provoke your success can be found here.
